The sitting room is open plan with the dining area and the kitchen. There are comfortable chairs and a sofa as well as a TV. There is seating for six around the dining table. The kitchen has cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, with all the cooking utensils you will require. It is compact but complete.

Outside

At the back is a terrace with windows looking on to the garden space and ideal for sitting or eating when the weather is not so good. In the front is the swimming pool 9x4 metres approx. with plenty of terraces around, and garden furniture. In the back garden are trees for shade and plenty of space for the children to play.
