This is a large and spacious appartment with lovely views, garden and a pool just off the centre of the village , down a cul de sac. It is all on one floor, and faces south east, a very sunny aspect.

Accommodation

The appartment has three bedrooms. Two doubles with queen size beds, one has a shower room with basin and wc 'en suite'. The other shares a bathroom with the third bedroom with twin beds. The bathroom has a bath and a shower, there are two separate wc's. Above one of the double bedrooms is a mezzanine with two matresses for the children.

The sitting room/ dining room is light and spacious having large windows and glass doors facing south east onto the terrace which overlooks the pool. This room has a dining table for six and a sitting area with comfortable chairs around a wood burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped with oven ,gas hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Off the main sitting room is another cosy sitting room with a sofa, a TV and a radio/cassette/CD player. There is a laundry room with a washing machine.

Outside

Outside is a terrace with table and chairs, a small garden around a pool of 5x2.5 metres. This area is in full sun from the early morning until late afternoon, and has a lovely view down the river valley. You can hear the water cascading over the rocks in the river below. You reach the property through a door from a small lane, so it is completely secure. Parking is in the carpark in the village 50 meters away, but you can drive down to load and off load luggage.
