Description

This apartment is on top of the Mairie in Cotignac. In the centre of the village in a quiet position. It has its own stairs and entrance.

Accommodation

One enters the apartment by its own staircase and front door which leads straight into the large living room with the most wonderful beams, and antique as well as comfortable furniture. On this floor is a double bedroom with a smaller bedroom off which is suitable for a child, and has a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped; there is a laundry room with washing machine and a bathroom with shower and separate WC.

On the next floor there is large bedroom with two beds and its own bathroom with bath and shower. From this bedroom there are a couple of steps up to the first terrace which has a summer kitchen and a shower. Up a few more steps is the higher terrace with the most fabulous views over the village to the Massif des Maures.

Parking is in the village.
