Description

The house is in two parts, the main house has two bedrooms and the adjoining apartment section also has two bedrooms. It is in its own grounds of 4000 sq metres of garden, shrubs and grass. It is 2kms from the village, in a quiet quartier with houses around but not too close to be annoying.

The House

It is all on one level, with a separate doorway between the apartment and the main house. There are two bedrooms both with double beds, and between the two are a bathroom, and a separate WC. The sitting room is large with a sofa and comfortable chairs, an open fireplace, books, music centre, CD's, and a TV. The kitchen has a washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, it is bright and spacious.

The Apartment

The apartment has another two bedrooms in this section of the house both with twin beds, and they share a shower room, and a separate WC. This is completely separate and can be easily closed-off if not needed.

Outside

From the sitting room there are French windows on to the terrace which is south facing, shaded by two mulberry trees, and an awning. It is a garden for lazing in the sun, or under the large oak tree, which is open but private. There is an area for playing boule, and a terrace with a barbeque, and an outdoor shower for cooling off in the warmer months. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house.

Features

A house for a group, or family who wish to be separate from time to time. Walks in the area are wonderful, as is the cycling on the fire tracks in the countryside. Not too far from the village. Laptop/internet connection (daily/weekly), bikes, baby equipment and a number of other items are available for hire.

PLEASE NOTE: the rental rates listed below are for the main house only. It is an extra 100€ per week for the annex with two bedrooms.
