A three-bedroom house that stands in its own grounds in the country one and a half kilometres out of the village of Cotignac, with a pool and views.

Accommodation

It consists of a large sitting room with open fireplace, which has easy chairs, and a dining area. There are glass doors opening on to a south-facing terrace with a BBQ, and outside table and chairs, shaded by a mulberry tree. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. It also has a table and chairs. The main bedroom is on this floor with a double bed. There is a bathroom with bath, and a separate WC.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double. These share a shower room, and a WC. There is a very large landing with another two single beds.

Outside

Outside is a large unfenced garden and a pool 10x5metres in a very sunny position facing south, with wonderful views over the vines. It is not overlooked although not secluded. The house is comfortably furnished with everything you should need and plenty of garden furniture.
