Description

This is a south facing house with a lot of charm and a wonderful view within walking distance of the village of Cotignac. It has a large garden and a parking area. It is off a quiet road almost in the country.

Accommodation

The front door leads into the morning room, which is large and has a table and chairs, normally used for breakfast when inside. From here one goes into the sitting room, which has a fireplace, TV, music centre and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is off this room and also the morning room. It is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, and fridge freezer. There is another dining area, which was the terrace, now closed in.

From the morning room one goes into bedroom one which has a double bed and a dressing room with a single bed should it be required. There is a bathroom with a bath and a WC. Down a corridor is the second bedroom, which also has a double bed and an ‘en suite’ shower room. There is a telephone.

Outside

From the road there is a driveway down to the house and a parking area just off the road with a carport. In front of the house there is a large garden on three terraces. There are flowering shrubs and trees with areas for sunbathing and some for sitting in the shade and enjoying the view. On the second terrace there is a small fishpond with a covered area and table and chairs.
