Description

This is a newly constructed Provencal style house that is within easy walking distance of the village of Cotignac. It has a lovely spot overlooking the river down a quiet cul de sac. It is possible to get to the river and perhaps swim for those who wish.

Accommodation

The house consists of a large living space on the ground floor which is open plan. There is a well equipped kitchen, with all mod cons., a dining area for eight and a sitting area with comfortable sofas, an open fireplace and a TV. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a door to the outside. There is a shower room and WC at the bottom of the stairs. The ground floor has three French windows which open onto the front terrace which faces south west and looks over a grassy area and the river, on a lower level.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with twins which can be joined together. There is a fourth bedroom with a sofa bed. The bathroom upstairs is large with a corner bath and a shower. There is a separate WC. The landing area has a sofa bed and an armchair, this is an ideal spot to get away from the heat of the day and have a quiet read.

Outside

There is a large terrace with a plunge pool (5x3 ms) and a summer kitchen. On a lower level which can be accessed by a path there is a large green area and the river. There is space for parking two cars.
