Spacious village house in the centre of Cotignac. A must for those who wish to be in the middle of things. The house looks on to the main square of the village which is full of restaurants, shops and the bustle of everyday life in Provence. The rooms are large and light and the house is full of the character of the area, modernised sympathetically.

Accommodation

There are four floors including the ground floor. From the square you enter a large room with a table and chairs and fireplace, this would be a good room for a gathering which could enjoy all that is going on outside. There is an attractive arched window and outside is a seat, not actually belonging to the house but certainly to be used by the occupants. Off this room is a cave with a washing machine. Up half a flight of stairs is a WC wit2h hand basin, also at this level is a door at the back of the house which goes into a small yard with plants and a seat, lovely for an evening drink in the quiet. On up the stairs to the first floor which has a very large living room with table and chairs, a large sofa and the TV (French only)with DVD player, and music centre. Also an electric fire which looks like a wood burning stove. On the same level at the back of the house is the kitchen which has a gas cooker with oven, a fridge with a small freezer space, and all you need to cook a meal. The second floor has a double bedroom with a very large bed (king size), and a bathroom at the back of the house with a full bath and shower over, hand basin, bidet and WC. The third floor has another double bedroom with a normal size double bed and at the back of the house there is a small room with a single bed ideal for a child. The stairs are wide and easy to manage.

Parking is in the village carpark at the back of the house just a few minutes walk around the corner.
