A very comfortable village house right on the edge of Cotignac at the top of the hill with magnificent views over Provence and the village. A three bedroomed house with a Jacuzzi, garden, terraces and parking. This house is exceptionally comfortable with everything that one could possibly need to enjoy a holiday in the charming village.

Accommodation

There are three double bedrooms. One on the first floor with a dressing room with another single bed and an ‘ensuite’ bathroom with a large shower, hand basin and WC. The double bed is 160cms and the windows face south and the extraordinary view.

Down stairs there are two more bedrooms both with 140cms beds one on the south side and the other on the west, this one has a door to the summer kitchen and the Jacuzzi. There is a shower room and a separate WC. The sitting room with a dining area also has the spectacular views, and is very comfortable with plenty of soft seating, a TV with video recorder. The dining area has a large table and chairs for six. The kitchen which has a door to the terrace is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside there is a terrace which is covered with greenery in summer and also a parking area for two cars. Behind the house is comfortable seating in the shade and the cool should you need it. The walk to the village is about 5 mins down and more like 10 mins back as it is steep.
