A delightful south facing country cottage in the woods within walking distance of the village. Situated in a peaceful sylvan setting just 900 meters from the centre of Cotignac in its own grounds. Off the beaten track yet not completely isolated having a neighbour a little way off. A good way to enjoy the Provencal life style in comfort.

Accommodation

The house is on two floors. It is light and although not large has a feeling of space. On the ground floor which is open plan is the kitchen with a gas cooker, fridge with freezing compartment, and all you need to make those provencal meals from good bought at the market in the village. There is a wc, and a store room with a washing machine. The sitting room is spacious with two sofas and a TV with satellite. Stairs from here lead up to the two bedrooms one with a double bed (140cms) and the second bedroom with two singles, and the bathroom with a wc, hand basin, bath with shower over.

Outside

Outside is a covered terrace with table and chairs, a BBQ and the area in front of the house is grass until the edge of the forest, ideal for the children to run and play safely. There is plenty of room for parking.

Please Note: there is an electricity surcharge from the beginning of October to the end of April.
