It sits in its own garden and grounds of around two thousand square metres with wonderful views over the countryside. There are other villas around, it is not isolated. It sleeps eight comfortably in four bedrooms. There is a swimming pool and an outside kitchen. It is within walking distance of the centre of the village.

Accommodation

The villa is all on one level with a large , light and comfortable sitting room with two sofas and comfortable arm chairs with an inside dining area at one end. There are French windows from the sitting room to the garden and pool, and also to a small terrace on the other side of the house, which is shady in the middle of the day. In the sitting room there is a TV with satellite, English channels freeview only. The kitchen is off the sitting room. It is fully fitted and has an electric cooker, fridge with freezing compartment, and all the utensil necessary for making your holiday easy and pleasant. There are four bedrooms. At one end of the house are three bedrooms two with large double beds and one with two singles. There is a bathroom with a full bath, hand basin and a WC; there is a shower over the bath. There is also a second separate WC. At the other end of the house is a further double bedroom with an ‘ensuite’ shower room with a WC. This bedroom has French windows opening on to the garden, as does one other of the three bedrooms. In the garage is a washing machine.

Outside

There is a pergola along the house on the garden side, attractively covered with a wine for shade. This terrace has a table and chairs for eating ‘al fresco’. Against the garage on the same side of the house is a terrace in full sun for those who want a tan. The garden is mainly lawn with areas of shrubs giving ample space to play, and is very private. The pool is a little way from the house in the garden surrounded by a terrace, just off this terrace is another covered terrace with an outside kitchen, fridge and BBQ. The pool is 8x4ms, traditional chlorine, it has a shallow end with a deep end of about 1.60ms. It has an alarm for security. There is plenty of room for parking two cars on the other side of the house.

Rental Rates

July and August (only): 1750€uros per week. There might be a possibility of a week either side so please ask.

Arrival and departure days are not necessarily Saturday, please ask about this as well.

Includes linen and towels for the house and cleaning when you leave.
