Chez Ashwick was built five years ago and is in a quiet road approximately 500m from the village of Sillans la Cascade, not far from the villages of Aups, Salernes and Cotignac. The Studio has a double bed and ensuite shower room with WC. The ground floor is open plan with a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There is a large fridge freezer and a washing machine in the attached garage. The dining area is between the kitchen and the living area and the whole of the ground floor is light and very comfortable, with plenty of soft seating. There are French Windows leading out to the terrace which is covered.

Outside

Outside is a good sized garden which is completely fenced, and there is a pool joining the terrace on the south side of the house. Beyond the garden is a wooded area which also belongs to the property.
